What The People Are Saying...
A Note from the Owner
Meet Terri Murphy
"After more than a decade in plumbing and construction—often as the only woman on the jobsite—I started Fauna Builds to create something I wanted to see more of in this industry: a company where people feel safe, heard, respected, and included.
As a homeowner, I’ve also experienced what it feels like to have concerns dismissed or to feel uncomfortable with someone working in my home. Fauna Builds was created to offer a different experience, grounded in honesty, communication, craftsmanship, and respect.
Being woman-owned is an important part of who we are. Beyond giving homeowners more choice in who they welcome into their homes, I want Fauna Builds to help build a more inclusive future for the trades by creating supportive, fairly paid opportunities for women to gain experience and work toward their plumbing licenses.
To me, building better means more than improving homes. It means building a stronger, more diverse community along the way."
